Employment Eligibility Verification

Providing professional “Authorized Representative” services for remote hires and corporate onboarding compliance.

Important: Notaries do not “notarize” Form I-9. Instead, we act as an Authorized Representative of the employer to physically examine documents and sign Section 2 of the form.

Required Documentation

Employees must present original, unexpired documents. You may provide either one document from List A OR a combination of one from List B and one from List C.

List A

Identity & Employment Auth

  • U.S. Passport or Card
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • Employment Auth. Document (EAD)
  • Foreign Passport with I-94

List B

Identity Only

  • Driver’s License
  • ID Card issued by State
  • School ID with photo
  • Voter Registration Card

List C

Employment Auth Only

  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate (Original)
  • Native American Tribal Doc
  • U.S. Citizen ID Card

How it Works

Schedule

Book an appointment and ensure you have received the I-9 instructions from your employer.

Complete Section 1

The employee must complete Section 1 of the form *before* meeting with us.

Verification

We physically inspect your original documents and complete Section 2 as the Authorized Rep.

Submission

We return the completed form and copies of IDs to you or your employer immediately.
