In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes and our own firm’s standards of excellence, Duncan & Co. maintains a standardized fee structure. Our pricing accounts for the administrative complexity, travel logistics, and professional liability inherent in high-stakes document execution.

* Travel fees are non-refundable once the Notary has departed for the engagement location, regardless of whether the signing is completed.
† All fees are payable at the time of service via secure electronic payment, corporate check, or pre-arranged billing for established law firms.
A Note on Witnessing Engagements
As per the “Register of Instruments” on our Practice page, many estate documents require two disinterested witnesses. If Duncan & Co. is tasked with providing these individuals, please account for both the witness fees and the necessary time for our bureau to finalize the schedule.
