Required Documentation
Employees must present original, unexpired documents. You may provide either one document from List A OR a combination of one from List B and one from List C.
List A
Identity & Employment Auth
- U.S. Passport or Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Employment Auth. Document (EAD)
- Foreign Passport with I-94
List B
Identity Only
- Driver’s License
- ID Card issued by State
- School ID with photo
- Voter Registration Card
List C
Employment Auth Only
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate (Original)
- Native American Tribal Doc
- U.S. Citizen ID Card
How it Works

Schedule
Book an appointment and ensure you have received the I-9 instructions from your employer.

Complete Section 1
The employee must complete Section 1 of the form *before* meeting with us.

Verification
We physically inspect your original documents and complete Section 2 as the Authorized Rep.
4
Submission
We return the completed form and copies of IDs to you or your employer immediately.
