The Living Will
A Healthcare Directive, commonly referred to as a Living Will, is a formal declaration of your wishes regarding medical treatment in the event you become terminally ill or enter a persistent vegetative state. Unlike a Power of Attorney—which delegates authority to a person—the Directive is a set of instructions provided directly to your physicians.
