Preparation Protocol
- Verification of Identity: All signers must possess a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID. Digital copies or photocopies are strictly prohibited by Colorado law.
- Document Readiness: Ensure all documents are fully drafted. The Notary cannot provide legal advice or assist in the drafting of instruments.
- The Lucidity Standard: Signers must be alert, aware, and capable of signing of their own free will. Engagements at healthcare facilities require the signer to be communicative and coherent.
- Witness Requirements: If your document requires witnesses and you have not requested firm-provided staff, ensure your witnesses are present and possess valid identification at the time of the appointment.
Confirmation & Dispatch
Upon successful booking, the Administrative Bureau will review the docket for any logistical conflicts. A formal confirmation will be dispatched via electronic mail. For mobile engagements, your Notary will contact you 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm the location is secure and ready.
Engagement Cancellation
Time is the primary asset of our firm. We require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment or “No-Show” events for mobile travel will result in a standard travel disbursement fee being invoiced to the client or requesting counsel.
All fees are calculated in accordance with the Official Fee Schedule
